From Clyde Valley tomatoes to the berry crops of Angus, from line-caught fish and hand dived shellfish from our waters to game, lamb and beef we are spoilt almost beyond belief in Scotland. It is with all these ingredients that I have found there is entertainment to last a lifetime and more, creating my favourite dishes to be enjoyed with family and friends.

When I started cooking I had no idea where it would lead to or what enthusiasm it would draw out of me. There is so much to celebrate and share with cooking Scottish produce and this is what I love to do.
