Some  of the recipes included in our cookery courses are shown below:

Walnut  and parmesan tart, with caramelised onions

Seared  scallops, cauliflower pur�e and crispy bacon

Stirfried  chicken

Lambs’ liver stroganoff

Brown  sugar meringues, lemon curd

Crab  mousse, pickled cucumber and pink peppercorns

Beetroot  and horseradish soup, with smoked trout

Pheasant/chicken  and prune terrine

Steak and kidney oatmeal crumble

Warm  winter fruit salad, with mulled wine syllabub

Butterscotch  and pear upside down cake

Details of tariff
The price is per person and is fully inclusive of three nights dinner, bed and breakfast and light lunch, with two full mornings of Cookery Demonstrations with Claire Macdonald.
The prices depend on the size of room and location. There will be a single supplement charge.
