The recipes to be included in our Autumn Courses are as follows:

  • Spiced Brisket with Bombay Potatoes
  • Pear Souffles with Ginger Crème Fraiche
  • Stir fried beetroot with orange and shallots and grilled goats’ cheese
  • Osso buco with gremolata rice
  • Roast Ham with crackling, and Shallot, rhubarb and ginger sauce
  • Venison with Dried Apricots and Pickled Walnuts
  • Pistachio  Gremolata Baked White Fish
  • Slightly Smoked Salmon  and Pink Peppercorn Mousse/Pate
  • Roast Hazelnut, vanilla and Dark Chocolate Tart
  • Double Ginger Cheesecake
  • Crepes Suzette and  Poached and Roasted Clementines
  • Chicken Liver Pate with Sesame Toast

Details of tariff
The price is per person and is fully inclusive of three nights dinner, bed and breakfast and light lunch, with two full mornings of Cookery Demonstrations with Claire Macdonald.
The prices depend on the size of room and location. There will be a single supplement charge.
