I was determined to share the jams and curds that have always been my own tea-time favourites, and I was sure that fellow chocoholics would be tempted by my Belgian chocolate pudding and dark chocolate sauce with toasted hazelnuts. I knew that my own dinner guests would not be the only people to find my fudge dangerously irresistible!
Now, all my favourites can be yours too. No larder is properly stocked without my sweet chilli sauce or fig relish with orange and balsamic. And every croissant and crumpet can at last meet its most delectable match.
