CLAIRE'S BOOKS |
| I love to share the secrets of my kitchen at Kinloch. I also like to talk about my passion for the marvellous foods that are reared, caught or cultivated in Scotland. This explains why I’ve been writing cookery books for over twenty years. Although my books sell all over the world, I was astounded and hugely flattered to hear that I had already achieved global sales of over one million copies. My seventeenth book – a volume dedicated to fish – will be published by Transworld in September. Meanwhile, a selection of my other titles is available from the online shop. |
