UK Food television series launches 27th March

27th March 2006 sees the launch of Claire Macdonald's 15-part television series aired on UK Food (www.uktvfood.co.uk). Titled Claire Macdonald’s Seasonally Scottish, the programme is presented by Claire and features seasonal recipes and interviews with our suppliers, all set in the breathtaking scenery of the West Highlands and Skye.
